## Mission

The best way to protect a soldier's life is another soldier. Triarii brings that idea to U.S. and allied formations as a working alternative to centralized mental health programs.

## Flagship Program — Warrior's Keeper

Each platoon elects its own **Keeper** — a trusted teammate trained to catch early signals, hold the line on the small stuff, and escort soldiers to professional care before the crisis arrives.

Three pillars:

- **Peer-elected Keepers.** Soldiers select the person they already trust, not someone appointed by command.
- **The Code.** Each platoon writes its own battle drills for life issues: grief, addiction, divorce, financial crisis.
- **Sustainment.** Keepers are trained, resourced, and mentored by clinical staff in regular huddles.

Warrior's Keeper does not replace psychologists. It strengthens their reach.

## Proven Results

**101st Airborne, 2-327 IN BN "No Slack"** — once leading the U.S. Army in suicides:

- 800 paratroopers deployed
- 18 KIA, 200+ Purple Hearts
- **Zero suicides during the combat deployment**
- Suicidal ideations reduced by over 70%
