Ability to raid weekends and one weekday from 8pm to midnight server time
Willingness to work through potentially frustrating content
Positive attitude
Mastery of your class, able to adapt to sudden changes in battle situations
Sense of humor
Ability to take criticism and improve
Listening comprehension
Stable internet connection
Computer that can handle raiding
Able to install Vent and respond when asked a question
Willingness to respec to suit guild needs
Willingness to sit out of full raids and willingness to swap out for another member if the class raid composition is hindering us from killing something

Previous raiding experience
Quality gear (note this is not a requirement)
Referral from someone in the guild
