Initiate Phase
When you app to Triarii, it is put into a list in which we get feedback from all guild members, and we’ll run people through heroics or Karazhan to test players out to get an idea of play style, attitude, and knowledge that a player has of their class. App’ing is the start of the testing phase, and if accepted, you will become an Initiate of Triarii.
This by no means assures a member status into the guild, an initiate is still a testing phase for players, one that involves seeing how you interact with the guild, attendance, and performance of your class in raids.
There is a minimum 14 day grace period for initiate phase, but may extend longer than that if we still need to see how a person performs. During this phase, you cannot roll on tier gear over members since it is still a testing phase, but you may roll on non-tier gear during raids (rolls are only used in 10man raids). See the Looting policies we’ve set up concerning this.
As an initiate, you may be restricted to 25man runs if 1. your gear is not up to par for 25man content, 2. there are enough members on at the time for a raid, 3. we need to get different classes into the raid, 4. attitude is poor.
You may be removed from the guild if your attendance is low (especially in the initiate phase), you show a poor attitude, performance is low, and/or things that may show that a person just isn’t fitting along with current members. An initiate is by no means a guarantee that you will become a member of Triarii, it is meant to be an additional testing phase in which depends on your performance.
