Just as a review for those who haven't been around for most recent progression due to holidays or computer issues. This is our current positioning.

Souls drop in the star circle and are managed solely by souls DPSers, ranged and healers are spread around the room in the midfield between the extreme back of the room and where souls sit. The further you are from doomwell drops, the less damage you take, and most likely, the more adds that are in range.

IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO REMAIN 5 YARDS FROM OTHER PLAYERS IF POSSIBLE

Surging shadows hits for ~70k when you are on your own. Multiply that by every person within 5 yards of you, on top of the other mechanics, and you can see why people are dying early.

Optimizing your add DPS and the ability to do DPS while performing mechanics will make the fight smoother and smoother.

Things we must improve on the most:

- Need generally higher damage output, now that we are ~100 wipes in to progression on the 3rd hardest boss in the raid, you should have a grasp on mechanics and begin optimizing your DPS.

- NEED to stay 5 yards away from other people, drastically high damage taken from people carelessly stacking and running over other people.

- Shared Fate is still extremely slow, and is the reason for probably 30% of our wipes due to creating undue stress on healers and ridiculously high amounts of player deaths. Pay attention to the massive purple lazer attaching you to another player and get there. Don't finish your cast just turn and go.
