Your raid times match 90% of my work schedule perfectly. I will however miss 1 week out of every 5 weeks due to running a late shift.

Terrible parses, increased since then. Still lacking ring,Trinket and a few other Heroic upgrades.
Working to improve my gear and parses each week.
Arms for boss swapping as needed.
Prot Set WiP.
Currently 22/33 Tomes as of 11/5.
Still need to clear heroic for the week.
Spec is pretty standard. Talents change per boss depending on raid demands and encounter.
Gear is very subpar at this time. Working to improve on that each week as well as warrior rotations and duties for each encounter. Practice makes perfect!
Waiting to hit 30% crit before Stacking Mastery. Currently only 25% unbuffed but I do have my archi trinket to balance the minimal haste cap.
I'm always interested in criticism and any comments so I may improve my character, raid awareness and other attributes i'm currently lacking in.
No raiding guilds worth mentioning since returning from hiatus.
My recent was a guild on tichondrius called NND. They gave up raiding heroic and pushing mythic until legion after their H archimond kill.
Natural Selection is my bank guild and im usually hold that tag to prevent guild invite spam.
One Fifty One (Tichondrius) - WoD friend horde guild. Mythic bencher/Heroic alt loot fridays
BDF alliance - Fallen Saints / Saints and Sinner - WoTLk
BDF Horde - Forgotten Heroes - BC/WoTLK
The morals of Tirarii seem to sit very well with me. Its hard to find a good guild, let alone an alliance guild, that requires what Triarii does as far as etiquette is concerned.
I love how the application process is handled and the few people I spoke with were very polite and knowledgeable as well as Tirarii seems to have a very healthy and competitive raid core.
The raid schedule also fits my hectic life.
No, but I look forward to meeting and getting to know as many members as possible!
most of my questions and concerns were handled by Kua.
Arshiss - 100 Feral Druid (Horde)
