Note: You must be in the raid or notify Woowei that you are waiting in order to receive credit. End-of-raid bonus is only given to members in the raid.
In instance and raid 10 min before raid starts = 30
Showing up on time for raid nights (Tue/Thur/Sun 8PM server) = 60
Staying 30 minutes (recurring, if within raid) = 40
Staying till end of raid (if ends before 11:30am) = 60
Staying till end of raid(if ends after 11:30am)=80
Boss Bonuses – Only granted for the raid members.
Old Boss kill = 40
First Boss kill = 60
GP Values
Normal “need” gear = Item tooltip value
This value is determined based on the item level and slot value in a formula not worth mentioning… it is just not our fault anymore
Off-Spec and/or PvP gear
10% of GP value

Bidding
In order to get an item, a request will come from Isthalas to link in raid concerning the item listed. If you are interested in the item, link the item you want and the item in question in raid, in which people will be compared by priority level verses other people who requested the item. The person with the highest priority will be rewarded the item. Be sure to link no matter what, it makes it a lot easier, so if its an upgrade, by all means link in raid.
Min EP Requirements
We’ve set up a minimal bid requirement in which a person needs to have at least 3000 EP in order to have priority. 3000 EP is about two weeks worth of raiding, not hard to do and maintain. The purpose of min EP is to make sure people keep up raiding and maintain their EP (EP decays at 5% per raid) and to prevent high priority for new members without some initial effort. We are not trying to prevent anyone from getting gear, its all a matter of checks and balances.
